Backup your android phone!

My few months old android phone LG P500 got really slow and hanged few times after call ending or even middle of the call so i took a plan to update its software. First thing to do of course is to backup all your contacts, text messages, calendar, call history and maybe even some favorite applications? So i started to surf in internet to find good backup program, but it wasnt so easy that i thought, because there was hundreds of similar backup programs, but most of them didnt really worked so it took many hours to find that right one and i like to share that with you.
